How do we start the process of obtaining residency and living in Spain?

Start collecting your necessary paperwork

Get your NIE Number and apply for a Schengen Visa

At this stage, you will need to apply for an NIE Number, which is a national identification number for foreigners in Spain. You will also need to submit your Schengen visa application to the Spanish consulate. Our team will guide you through every step of this process.

Travel to Spain and complete your residency process

After receiving your Schengen visa, you’ll be ready to travel to Spain. Once you arrive, you must visit the relevant authorities to officially submit your residency application. The processing time for your application will take approximately 20 to 45 days.

Get your residency approved and complete fingerprinting

If you are unable to stay in Spain during the 20 to 45-day processing period, you may return to your home country. Once you receive the approval and complete the fingerprinting process, you can travel back to Spain.
