BENIDOS GLOBAL S.L.Office No. 15, 7th Floor, Gran Vía del Marqués del Turia 49, Valencia, Spaininfo@benidos.com

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is BENIDOS GLOBAL S.L., with registered office at Office No. 15, 7th Floor, Gran Vía del Marqués del Turia 49, Valencia, Spain. You can reach us at info@benidos.com or +34 611 893 514.

We provide immigration, real estate, and global mobility advisory services from Spain. This notice covers the public website, enquiry and eligibility forms, email, WhatsApp Business, the client portal, and the case files we keep while delivering contracted work.

2. Personal data we collect

Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, nationality, and family composition when you choose to share them.

Enquiry and eligibility data: the service you are interested in, messages you write, income or timeline details you provide, and documents you send us.

WhatsApp and Meta data: your WhatsApp phone number, profile name, inbound and outbound message content, and media you send. That data reaches us through Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API.

Website usage data: pages viewed, approximate country from IP address, device and browser information, and optional analytics events if analytics is allowed.

Casework data, if you become a client: identity documents, immigration or property files, contracts, invoices, and related records needed to deliver the service. Some of this is special-category data under GDPR, such as nationality, family status, or identity documents.

3. WhatsApp, Instagram and Meta

We use Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform so you can contact our advisors and continue a conversation after a website enquiry. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited provides that infrastructure. Message content and related metadata pass through Meta in order to be delivered to us.

We use WhatsApp data only to identify you, answer your enquiry, and manage your file if you become a client. We do not sell this data, and we do not use it to run advertising on Meta. Meta also processes data under its own terms for WhatsApp.

This section is the public notice required for Meta Developer Settings and App Review: we receive user data from WhatsApp, we use it to provide our advisory service, and you can ask us to delete it through the Data Deletion page or by emailing info@benidos.com.

4. Why we use your data

Consent: submitting an enquiry or eligibility form, and optional analytics cookies in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other regions that require prior consent.

Pre-contractual steps and contract: reviewing your situation, preparing a proposal, and performing a signed service agreement.

Legitimate interests: operating and securing the website, answering messages you send us, and keeping a record of business communications.

Legal obligation: tax, accounting, and the retention of immigration and commercial records under Spanish law.

5. Cookies and analytics

Essential storage is used to remember your language, theme, and analytics choice. Optional analytics (PostHog, hosted in the EU, and Vercel Analytics) are loaded only after you accept, or where applicable law does not require a prior opt-in.

You can change that choice at any time with Analytics settings in the footer. We do not use advertising cookies or advertising pixels on this website.

6. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with providers that help us operate: Meta for WhatsApp delivery; Vercel for website hosting; our EU database host; email delivery; Google Workspace and Drive for case documents; and analytics vendors named above if you allowed analytics.

Authorised Benidos staff see only what they need for the work. We do not sell personal data. If a signed engagement involves an external lawyer, notary, or public authority, we share what that matter requires, with you informed in the engagement.

7. Retention and international transfers

Enquiry data is kept long enough to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period. Client files are kept for the life of the matter and then for the statutory period Spanish law requires for commercial, tax, and immigration records.

When a retention period ends, we anonymise personal identifiers rather than destroying the structural record. Immigration and advisory files must remain auditable. Our primary operations and database are in the EU. Where a provider processes data outside the EU, we use an appropriate safeguard such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, and you may withdraw consent where we rely on consent. Email info@benidos.com. We may need to verify that the request comes from the data subject.

Erasure of a case file is carried out by anonymising personal identifiers while preserving the legally required record of the work. For data received through WhatsApp or Meta, use the Data Deletion page or the same email address.

You may lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), Spain’s supervisory authority.
