1. Who we are

This website is operated by BENIDOS GLOBAL S.L., Office No. 15, 7th Floor, Gran Vía del Marqués del Turia 49, Valencia, Spain. Contact: info@benidos.com / +34 611 893 514.

Benidos provides immigration, real estate, and global mobility advisory services. Website content is general information. It is not a personal legal opinion, a visa grant, or an offer that binds us until a written agreement is signed.

2. Using the website

You may browse the site for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that overloads our systems, or submit false or misleading enquiry details.

We may change, suspend, or withdraw pages without notice. Published guides, fees, and eligibility criteria can change when Spanish rules change; confirm current requirements with us before you rely on them.

3. Enquiries, WhatsApp and Meta

Contact and eligibility forms, WhatsApp deep links, and messages you send on WhatsApp are requests for information. Submitting them does not create a client relationship or oblige us to take your case.

WhatsApp is provided by Meta. When you message us there, Meta’s terms also apply, and message data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send original identity documents over WhatsApp unless we specifically ask you to.

4. Advisory services

If we accept an engagement, the signed service agreement, quotation, and any annexes prevail over these website terms for that work. Immigration outcomes depend on your facts and on decisions by Spanish authorities. We do not guarantee that a visa, residency, or investment result will be granted.

Fees, payment stages, and the scope of work are those stated in the signed documents. Website summaries are not a price list.

5. Intellectual property

Site design, text, logos, and downloadable materials belong to Benidos or their licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission. You keep ownership of documents you send us; you grant us a licence to use them to assess and, if engaged, to perform the service.

6. Liability

The website is provided as a public information channel. To the extent permitted by Spanish consumer and commercial law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on general website content, from third-party sites we link to, or from WhatsApp, Meta, or other networks we do not control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that Spanish law does not allow to be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Courts of Valencia have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer venue rights that apply to you.

We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The date at the top is the effective date. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
